HP3478A version 0.1
Introduction
HP3478A is a multimeter made by Hewlett-Packard. This module has been developped for testing the module pygpib82357A with a simple measurement device (more easy than an oscilloscope as HP54111D).
Installation
* Download HP3478A-x.x.win32.zip and unzip HP3478A-x.x.win32.zip
* python setup.py
OR
* Download HP3478A-x.x.win32.exe and run HP3478A-x.x.win32.exe
